About Clay County Court Docket

Clay County docket information is split among the unified Clerk, the Circuit and Superior Courts, and Indiana MyCase. Each source serves a different purpose. This private reference site organizes the official portals, addresses, and phone numbers so visitors can identify the right custodian without searching several government pages.

Why We Built This Site

Indiana permits broad access to many court records, yet finding the correct source can still be difficult. The Clerk of the Clay Circuit and Superior Courts maintains the Chronological Case Summary, filings, judgments, and indexes. The trial courts schedule hearings and issue rulings. Indiana MyCase displays eligible public Odyssey information by name or cause number. Bringing the local contacts, search paths, record terms, and request steps together makes those separate roles easier to understand.

What You Will Find Here

  • Docket guides: how criminal dockets and civil dockets are searched and read in Clay County
  • Court dates and settings: how to read the court calendar and confirm a hearing date or setting
  • Case lookups: how to run a case search by party name or case number through the statewide portal
  • Record requests: how court records and certified copies are requested from the clerk of court

What We Cannot Do

This is a privately run reference site, independent of every Indiana court, clerk, and government agency. Those limits mean the site cannot:

  • We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
  • We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
  • We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
  • We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
  • We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
  • We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now

An official or certified Clay County record must come from the Clerk or the court that heard the matter. A private reference resource can identify that office but cannot issue the document.

Search Partners

Third-party companies operate search boxes appearing on some pages. They control their results, terms, and prices. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may produce a referral fee that supports site operation. The provider, not Clay County Court Docket, determines the fee and returned information.
